If you are anything like me, you love a good podcast. I love popping in my headphones, listening, learning, and feeling transformed.
The best part about them is that you can listen while tending to other things.
Best Healing Podcasts for Your Spiritual Journey
There are many difficult aspects of the healing journey. Podcasts are so special to me because they’re easy to just listen to and allow you to passively absorb new information.
Here are my favorite healing podcasts:
Black Girl in Om
Black Girl in Om is a healing community that holds space specifically black women and women of color.
This podcast is hosted by founder Lauren Ash and guests across various industries to talk about all things self-care and self-love, spiritual awakening, intergenerational healing, and more.
Lauren’s voice is so soothing and listening to this podcast almost feels like an extended meditation.
The Homecoming Podcast
Hosted by licensed psychologist Dr. Thema, The Homecoming Podcast helps people come home to themselves.
Dr. Thema’s voice is so calm and measured and I really enjoy listening to her podcast because her advice is practical and easy to understand.
I often found that people were using terms and phrases that I did not understand. She, however, breaks concepts down so that they are easy to absorb.
It almost feels like you are listening to a wise family member when you hear her talk.
The Goddess Factory
The Goddess Factory is a podcast hosted by Abiola Abrams.
Abiola is so wonderful and full of energy! You can’t help but feel light and happy after listening to her episodes.
Her podcast is a recording of her YouTube videos where she caters to women in real-time. She covers topics from finances to spirituality and you’re guaranteed to have fun while listening.
Hey, Girl is hosted by Alex Elle. She is an author and wellness consultant who sits down with people who inspire her.
Alex seeks to create a sisterhood and community of healing.
Each one of her episodes is warm and enlightening and you are guaranteed to walk away with a few gems.
If you haven’t listened to any podcasts, I recommend adding them to your self-care routine. It’s a semi-passive way to absorb valuable information and it doesn’t take up too much of your time.
