Sometimes caring for ourselves is last on our to-do list. Grind culture promotes constant hustle with little time to rest.

Although I am not a proponent of grind culture, I do think that it’s important to work within our limitations.

Conclusion

Taking care of yourself is extremely important. Not only does it have great physical benefits, but it has wonderful mental and emotional benefits as well. No matter how busy we may be, we can all spare 5 minutes to do something to elevate our day.
