Affirmations are positive statements that are repeated often in order to reprogram the subconscious mind. Since your beliefs hold the key to manifesting what you want in life, it is imperative that your subconscious beliefs and thoughts serve you.
Here are a few examples of positive affirmations:
- “I am successful”
- “I love myself”
- “I only attract positive experiences”
- “I am powerful”
- “I am amazing”
Positive affirmations have the power to completely change your life! I know this because I have used many of them to change my thoughts and beliefs.
One incredible affirmation that I used was “I release the past and only live in the present.” This affirmation was especially helpful to me because I had been carrying the past with me as if it was still happening today. This affirmation allowed me to focus on what I could do now to create the life I want.
